GENIE NFT GAME

Genie Protection Game is a blockchain-based mini-game designed to be running in the TON chain. The game uses TGRID tokens as the in-game currency, allowing players to place bets and participate in the game.

When player tabs on a single grid (e.g. Grid No 6), a window will pop-up to show the Genie NFT protection count each player owns:

Gameboard Layout

  • The gameboard consists of a 3x3 grid, totaling 9 grids.

  • Each grid is a potential selection for players to place their bets.

Gameplay Flow

  1. Bet Placement and Tap:

    • Players connect their TON wallets to the game.

    • Players can place a bet on one of the nine grids using a portion of their TGRID tokens.

    • Players can tap on any grid and the tap will be recorded as a single tap count.

    • If Player owns Genie Auto-Tapping NFT, this NFT can perform auto-tapping to increase tap counts on the grid selected by the Player. The tapping rate is bounded by the rate specified in the NFT.

    • Bets can be placed and grids can be tapped until the end of each 15-minute round.

    • If Player owns Genie Laser Eyes NFT, this NFT can reveal the total number of taps for each grids in the current game for 3 minutes. The tap counts revealing is bounded by the daily counts specified in the NFT.

  2. Round Closure:

    • After 15 minutes, the gameboard is locked, preventing further interactions.

    • The system will select the one of the nine grids with the least count.

  1. Outcome Determination:

  • Players who placed bets on the selected grid lose their betted TGRID tokens unless protected by an "Awaked Genie" NFT.

  • The "Awaked Genie" NFT has a 70% chance of being awake and protecting the player's bet. If Genie is asleep (30% chance), the protection fails.

  • E.g. Determined by random generator, if it falls into the 70% chance, then Genie will be regarded as awaked for protection and hence the 80% protection takes effect. (i.e. 4 players out of 5 will be protected in Grid No. 6)

  • Otherwise, the protection will fail:

  1. Redistribution of Bets:

  • The total TGRID tokens from the selected grid (excluding protected bets) are redistributed to players who placed bets on the other eight grids.

  • Redistribution is proportional to the amount each player bet.

  • 5% commission is deducted from the total redistributed amount by the system.

  1. Strategy Q & A

Q: Would it be a good strategy to select the grid with the highest amount to bet?

A: Highest amount does not necessarily mean more number of players placed their bets on the grid and hence do not imply to have more tap counts. It might be few players with high bet amount placed on the single grid.
